Full workshop facilities for fabricating all steelwork components in-house. 2 x 5 tonne overhead cranes and forklifts for smooth movement of steelwork from start to completion.
Site measurements
Our team of experts carry out extensive site measurements to ensure correct fit-for-purpose steelwork installations.
All staff attending site are fully trained in telco industry standards including but not limited to: client inductions, EME RF Awareness and Work at Heights.
Where required access is gained under roof areas and within ceiling spaces to determine all aspects of the build.
Shop drawings
For complex builds and where client drawings require further detail, modelling and component detailing is carried out in-house on AutoCad, in compliance with relevant Australian Standards.
Any potential clashes or buildability issues are communicated with our clients and our goal is to always offer solutions to maintain timely efficiency in getting the job done.
Steel fabrication
We are experienced steel fabricators, involved in the general construction and telecommunications industry. We have successfully completed many projects, up to 300 tonne structures and our current focus incorporates telco builds, predominantly on rooftops and tower and monopole strengthening.
